Hi guys! Welcome to Taste Buds PH ๐Ÿ˜Š Here are the ingredients: - 4 cups cooking oil - 1 kilo cream dory (fillet) - 1/2 lemon - 4 tbsps fish sauce (patis) - salt & pepper to taste - 2 eggs - 1 cup flour - 2 cups bread crumbs - 1 head garlic (chopped) - 1 cup mayonnaise Procedure: 1. Marinade the fish with lemon juice, fish sauce, salt & pepper for 3-4 hours. 2. Beat the eggs. Next, coat the fish with flour, then dip it into beaten eggs, lastly, cover it with bread crumbs. Continue doing this until all fillets are coated. 3. Deep fry until golden brown. Use paper towel to absorb excess oil. 4. For the dipping sauce, chopped 1 head garlic then mix it with 1 cup mayo.
