Ingredients: Batter: - 1 1/2 cup cake flour - 1 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 cup white sugar - 3/4 cup water Meringue: - 3 egg whites - 1 tsp cream of tartar - 1/4 cup white sugar Toppings: - pizza / tomato sauce - grated cheese - pineapple - sliced ham - mushroom Procedure: 1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and sugar. 2. Add water. Mix well then set aside. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until it forms bubbles. 4. Gradually add cream of tartar and sugar. 5. Continue whisking at high speed until it forms a stiff peak. 6. Fold meringue and prepared batter gradually. 7. Fill the greased cupcake liner with puto batter until about 3/4 full. 8. Carefully top with tomato / pizza sauce, grated cheese, pineapple, mushroom, ham then lastly tomato sauce again. 9. Steam for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
