This video shows three methods to transfer data from one iPhone to another: Quick Start, iCloud, and Finder or iTunes. With Quick Start, turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, bring your current and new iPhones close together, and follow the steps your devices give you. You can transfer your data directly or through iCloud, just make sure your phones stay powered on and close to each other. Next up, iCloud. If you already have your current iPhone data backed up in iCloud, boot up your new iPhone, connect to Wi-Fi, follow the set-up prompts, and select to restore from iCloud Backup. Check the date and time when selecting a backup to ensure you choose the most current version. Plug-in your iPhone, as the download will take some time. Finally, Finder or iTunes. If you prefer computer-based transfers, back up your current iPhone to your Mac or PC first. Turn on your new phone, follow instructions until you reach the "Apps & Data" screen. Then choose "Restore from Mac or PC." Just remember, you need Finder for newer macOS and iTunes for older macOS or Windows.
