How to update your legal name

In this video we will go over how to update your legal name within Settings of your Coinbase account. Typically, you'll need to update your legal name if you were recently married or had a legal name change -- and have a valid form of identification. *To update the legal name listed on your Coinbase account, please:* 1. Go to your Profile page 2. Under Personal info, select Legal name, then select Change 3. Follow the remaining prompts to upload an ID document with your new legal name Once these steps are complete, your legal name will be automatically updated on your account.
