Hi guys! Welcome to Taste Buds PH. Here are the ingredients: Tapioca Pearl: - 1/2 kilo tapioca - 1/4 cup water - 1/4 cup sugar Jelly: - 2 x 25 g Mr Gulaman (mango flavour) - 12 cups water Milk Mixture: - 2 x 390 g Mango Jersey condensed milk - 3 x 250 g chilled Nestle cream - 1 1/2 kilo ripe mangoes - 460 g Jolly peaches Procedure: 1. Cook tapioca pearls with water and sugar for 10 minutes over medium fire. 2. Mix constantly to avoid it from sticking in the pan. Set aside. 3. Mix Mr. Gulaman with 2 cups of water. 4. Pour it into the hot water. 5. Do not bring it to a boil. Turn it off once well mixed. 6. Transfer to rectangular trays. Let it cool. 7. Cut it into small cubes then set aside. 8. Mix condensed milk with all purpose cream. You may use electric mixer to make the volume doubled. 9. Slice mangoes and peaches into small cubes. 10. Then mix everything.
