Here are the ingredients: Batter - 1 cup cake flour - 1 1/2 tsp baking powder - 3 egg yolks - 3/4 cup water Meringue - 3 egg whites - 1/3 cup white sugar - 1 tsp cream of tartar Procedure: 1. Mix water and egg yolks. 2. Add the cake flour and baking powder. Mix until no visible lumps. Set aside. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until it becomes fluffy. 4. Gradually add sugar and cream of tartar. Continue whisking at high speed until it forms a stiff peak. 5. Fold the meringue into the batter gradually. 6. Grease pan with oil. Make sure your stove is set at low fire. 7. Pour 1/3 cup of the pancake batter. After 1 minute top it with another 1/3 cup batter. Cover the pan then flip after 2-3 minutes. Cook the other side for 3 minutes. 8. You may dust it with confectioner sugar or drizzle with any syrup of your choice. Thanks for watching. Please like š and subscribe š!
