Ingredients: - 10 pcs hotdogs - 1 pack / 250 g hotcake mix (any brand) - 1/2 cold water - 1 egg - cooking oil Procedure: 1. Preheat oil in a deep saucepan at a medium heat. 1. Cut hotdogs into half. 2. Pierce each hotdog with a skewer. Set aside. 3. In a bowl, combine hotcake mix, egg and water. Mix well. 4. Transfer it to a glass. 5. Dip each hotdog into the prepared batter until well coated. 6. Fry 2-3 hotdogs at a time until slightly browned. Drain on paper towels.
