Ingredients: - 10 bread loaves - 1 small can drained tuna (any brand) - salt to taste - 1/2 tbsp sugar - 4 tbsps mayonnaise (you may use chicken spread) - 2 eggs (beaten) - cheese - bread crumbs or crushed biscuits - oil for frying Procedure: 1. Remove the edges from loaf bread. Flatten it using a rolling pin or a clean glass. 2. Chop the edges. 3. In a bowl, combine drained tuna, chopped bread edges & mayonnaise. Season with sugar and salt. 4. Fill the bread with tuna filling & cheese. Brush the edges with beaten eggs. Then seal it using a fork. 5. Dip each tuna pie into beaten eggs then coat with bread crumbs. 6. Fry until golden. Drain on paper towels.
