Coinbase Hackathon: Spring 2019

At Coinbase, hackathons are a crucial part of our company culture. It’s a chance to take a break from our day-to-day work, explore new ideas, and build effective prototypes. Building an open financial system for the world always requires us to explore and innovate. It’s why we hack. The 2019 Spring Hackathon was our first truly global hackathon, including people from offices in San Francisco, London, Dublin, Portland, Chicago, and New York. Engineering teams, comms teams, design teams, ops teams, and product teams came together to make it happen.
