IS SAYU THE FASTEST IN TEYVAT?

OUR NEW NINJA TAKES THE THRONE. Sayu definitely wins in flat ground + NO STAMINA! With the arrival of a new gliding gadget, I was convinced that it's the best way to travel in the open world (less stamina than running), but the fact that Sayu's E skill doesn't consume stamina makes me think twice. I'll still use Kaeya or just glide though when there are so many obstacles on the ground.
