Does ATK SPD matter for Xingqiu's Rain Swords?

I demonstrated faster AA animation here, but ATK SPD doesn't really matter too because of the 1s buffer. Technically yes it could matter (another factor such as hit lag), but we're talking a difference of 1/2 waves only, which you won't even count in a real situation.
