Out of all Electro users, Kuki is the most consistent to proc Hyperbloom: (1) proccing all around you, (2) doesn't care about ICD, every time her skill hits a Dendro core, it'll Hyperbloom, (3) there are cases where you can't even proc Hyperbloom because the enemy is shielded/armored or your Electro application doesn't consistently hit the seeds. And this is not a problem with Kuki.
