Does ATK SPEED improves C0 Cyno?

❇️ I initially expect we can do N5 instead of N4 with 4pc TF. On normal speed, Cyno generally only hits the 1st N4 but here we can finish the 2nd N4 but it's insignificant since it doesn't Aggravate. Having the same combo means you deal same DMG. It gives us a bit of leeway for dodging but there are better buffs IMO. I don't try to go even faster because it's not realistic.
