How Raiden is 30% BETTER than Kuki (Off-Field Hyperbloom)

Both are LV 88 and same artifacts, but Raiden has access to Dragon's Bane ❇️ The "30% better" is only assuming the practical off-field proc only (not including Kuki's burst). It can greatly vary depending on how the enemies are positioned, how many there are, and how many seeds are available. Also note that you need to always go back to Kuki to recast. ❇️ Not only the proc, remember that Raiden also has Burst DMG bonus (for Yelan & XQ in this case).
