There is no light source in many rooms, apart from rare lamps that hardly manage to illuminate small sections of rooms. The Patients, or their fragments, can be seen everywhere. The Patients can only be slowed down by pointing the flash light at them and the living hands can be taken care of with a weapon (3 hits to kill them) and last but not least The doctor will give chase towards the end of the chapter (he moves surprisingly fast for a big fella) Hope you enjoy!
