Ingredients: - 5 cloves garlic (crushed) - 2 big onions - 1 kl pork chop - 2-3 cups water - 1 cup soy sauce - 10 calamansi - salt and pepper to taste Procedure: 1. Season pork chop with salt and pepper. 2. Fry until golden brown. 3. Remove excess oil. 4. Boil pork chop over medium-high heat. 5. Add soy sauce. 6. Simmer for 10 minutes then add onions. 7.
