Hi Guys! Welcome to Taste Buds PH! Here are the ingredients: - 1 cup All Purpose Flour - 1/2 cup sugar - 1 tbsp Baking Powder - 2 sachets Milo (22 g) - 1 tsp vanilla - flat tops - 1 tsp melted butter - 1 egg - 3/4 cup water - 1/4 cup evaporated milk * silicone or plastic molder Procedure: 1. Combine all dry ingredients. 2. Mix well. 3. Add dry ingredients. 4. Mix well until no visible lumps. 5. Apply butter or oil in each molder. 6. Pour puto mixture in each molder. Fill 3/4 of the molder. 7. Steam for 12 minutes. 8. Wrap lid with cloth to avoid moist and water dripping over the puto. 9. Cut flat tops into half. 10. After 10 minutes, put flat tops on top then steam for another 2 minutes. 11.
