Hi Guys, Welcome to Taste Buds PH! Here are the ingredients: - 1 k ripe mangoes - 3 x 25 g Mr. Gulaman (mango) - 2 x 250 ml All Purpose Cream - 250 ml evap milk - 390 g mango condensed milk - 4.5 L water - 500 ml plastic containers (any containers will do) Procedure: 1. Boil 4 L of water. 2. While waiting for the water to boil, mix 3 packs of Mr. Gulaman into 2 cups of water. 3. Add the melted gulaman into the boiling water. 4. Stir for 3 minutes. 5. Transfer the gulaman to molders. Let it cool. 6. While waiting for it to cool down, slice mangoes into small cubes. 7. Next, whip the cream for 15 minutes or until volume gets doubled. 8. Slowly add the mango condensed and evap. 9. Whip for 5 more minutes. 10. Go back to your gulaman or jelly and slice it into small cubes. 11. Mix everything. 12. Transfer to containers. 13.
