Welcome to Taste Buds PH. 😊 Here are the ingredients: Asado Filling: - 2 tbsps oil - 3 cloves garlic - 2 onions - 500 gms chicken fillet (chopped) - salt and pepper to taste - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp oyster sauce - 1 tbsp brown sugar - 1 star anise - 2 tbsps cornstarch + 1/8 water (slurry) Puto Batter: - 1 1/2 cup cake flour - 1 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/2 cup white sugar - 3/4 cup fresh milk Meringue: - 4 egg whites - 1/4 cup white sugar - 1/2 tsp cot (cream of tartar) - Chocolate Spread - Salted egg - Cheese Procedure: Asado Filling: 1. Saute garlic & onions in oil. 2. Add the chicken and the rest of the asado ingredients. 3. Cook until consistency becomes thick. Set aside. Puto Batter: 4. Mix all dry ingredients. 5. Add the fresh milk. 6. Mix until well incorporated. Set aside. Meringue: 7. Whisk egg whites at medium speed until fluffy. 8. Gradually add the sugar while whisking. 9. Add cream of tartar. Continue whisking at high speed until it forms a stiff peak. 10. Gradually fold the meringue into the batter. 11. Pour little amount of batter into greased puto molder. 12. Fill in with Asado fillings. 13. Cover with puto batter. 14. Top with salted eggs. 15. Repeat these steps for your puto with chocolate. You may use any kind of chocolate spread. 16.
