Here are the ingredients: Caramel: - 3 tablespoons white sugar per llanera Leche Flan: - 10 egg yolks - 1/3 cup white sugar - 300 ml Condensed Milk - 1 big can Evaporated Milk - 1 teaspoon Vanilla - 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract or lemon rind (optional) Graham Float: - 2x 250 ml All Purpose Cream (chilled) - 300 ml Condensed Milk - 1 pack Crushed Graham Procedure: 1. Caramelize sugar by cooking it over low fire. Set aside and let it cool. 2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of Leche Flan. Strain 3 times. 3. Fill the llanera with 1 cup leche flan mixture. Cover it with foil or wrap the lid with a clean cloth to avoid the water from water from dripping over our leche flan. 4. Steam for 30 minutes over low fire. Set aside and let it cool. 5. For our graham float, mix 2 boxes of chilled all purpose cream and 1 big can of condensed milk. You may use an electric mixed if you want to have more volume. 6. Once the leche flan has cooled down, you may now top it up with graham float. Layer it first with cream then crushed graham then cream then crushed graham. 7. Serve chilled. You may transfer it to a clear plastic tub for selling. *YIELD - 4 big llaneras (you will not consume all the cream and crushed graham so you can just double or triple the amount of ingredients for the leche flan if you would like to cook more) Thank you for watching.
