Welcome to Taste Buds PH! 2 Ingredients Oreo Cake with Syrup Here are the ingredients: - 2 packs (137 gm) Oreo (original) - 1 cup evaporated milk - 3 tbsps evaporated milk (for the syrup) Procedure: 1. Remove the vanilla filling from Oreo biscuits. 2. Crush the Oreo biscuits using mortar and pestle. You may use a blender or rolling pin. 3. Combine crushed Oreo biscuits and 1 cup evaporated milk. Mix well. 4. Grease pan with oil and line it with a baking sheet. 5. Wrap the lid with a clean cloth to avoid the water from dripping over our Oreo Cake. Steam for 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. 6. Let it cool then transfer to a plate. 7. For the syrup, combine Oreo vanilla filling with 3 tbsps evaporated milk. Melt it in a microwave oven for 30 seconds or cook it over low fire. If you don't want the syrup to be too liquidy or runny, you may reduce the evaporated milk to 2 tbsps. 8.
