Pour the Cream-O batter evenly into the pan then cover it with foil to avoid the water from dripping over Cream-O brownies. 6. Steam for 15 minutes. 7. Let it cool then slice according to your desired sizes. 8. In a bowl, mix vanilla filling with 1 tbsp evaporated milk. Microwave or cook over low fire until vanilla filling melts. 9.
