Here are the ingredients: Cream Layer: - 1 cup water - 1 tbsp white unflavoured gulaman - 250 g all purpose cream - 390 g condensed milk Chocolate Layer: - 1 cup water - 1 tbsp clear unflavoured gulaman - 2 cups fresh milk - 1/2 cup sugar - 1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened) Procedure: 1. For our cream layer, melt 1 tbsp gulaman powder with 1 cup water. 2. Add all purpose cream and condensed milk. Mix well while bringing it to a boil. 3. Transfer to your preferred molders. Tilt the molders slightly by placing cloth at the bottom. 4. Next is the choco layer, melt 1 tbsp gulaman with 1 cup water. 5. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well then bring to a boil. 6.
