Here are the ingredients: Jelly: - 20 cups water - 8 x 2 gms coffee sticks - 1 cup brown sugar - 4 x 25 gms clear unflavoured gulaman Cream: - 3 x chilled 250 gms all purpose cream - 2 x 390 gms condensed milk Procedure: 1. Boil 17 cups water. 2. In a bowl, combine 3 cups water, coffee, sugar & gulaman powder. 3. Pour into boiling water. 4. Mix well then transfer to molders. Let it cool. 5. In a separate bowl, combine all purpose cream and condensed milk. Whip until volume gets doubled. Set aside. 6. Go back to your jelly and cut into small cubes. 7. Mix it with the cream mixture. 8.
