Ingredients: Milo Jelly: - 4 cups water - 2 sachets Milo (24 g each) - 3 tbsps brown sugar - 1 sachet gulaman powder (clear & unflavoured) Dalgona Milo: - 250 ml all purpose cream (chilled) - 4 packs Milo (24 g each) - 6 tbsps brown sugar - fresh milk - ice cubes Procedure: 1. Boil 3 cups of water. 2. In a bowl, combine 1 cup water, 2 Milo and 6 tbsps sugar. 3. Pour the Milo mixture on boiling water. Mix well 4. Transfer to rectangular molders and let it cool. 5. In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients under "Dalgona Milo". Use an electric mixer until volume gets doubled. 6. Go back to your Milo jelly and cut into small cubes. 6. Put ice in your glass, pour fresh milk, add cubed Milo jelly, then top with Dalgona Milo. You can use a piping bag or a spoon.
