Ingredients: Black Kutsinta: - 1 cup cassava flour - 1 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour - 1 cup brown sugar - 1 tsp lye water - 1 tbsp vanilla extract - 2 and 1/2 cup water Budbod: - 1 cup dessicated coconut - 2 tbsps white sugar Procedure. 1. Prepare your steamer. 2. Mix all ingredients under "Black Kutsinta". Mix until well combined. 3. Transfer to oil greased molders then steam for 10 - 15 minutes. Let it cool. 4. Cook dessicated coconut with sugar until golden brown. 5. Once black kutsinta is set, remove carefully from the molders. 7. Drizzle with condensed milk. You may also use Dulce de Leche.
