Ingredients: - 1 big potato (400 gm) - oil for deep frying Marinade: - 300 ml evaporated milk Coating: - 1 pouch Crispy Fry - 2 tbsp flour Dip: - 80 ml Mayonnaise - 6 cloves minced garlic - 1/2 tbsp sugar - salt to taste Procedure: 1. Thinly slice clean potato. 2. Marinate it with evaporated milk. Set aside. 3. In a closed container, mix all ingredients under "Coating". Set aside. 4. In a separate container, mix all ingredients under "Dip". Set aside. 5. Go back to your marinated potato and shake it with the prepared coating. 6. Dip fry until golden brown.
