🌻 Ingredients 🌻 - 10 pcs Lemon Square cheesecake cupcake - 1/4 cup melted butter - 400 ml Kremdensada - grated cheese 🌻 Procedure 🌻 1. Peel 10 pcs of Lemon Square. Reserve 1 for toppings. 2. Divide them into 2 portions then crumb the cupcakes. Set aside the other half. 3. Add melted butter to the 1st half of cupcake crumbs. Mix well. 4. Place it in any preferred container. 5. In a bowl, whisk kremdensada. 6. Add 1 tbsp melted clear gulaman. (optional) 7. Keep on whisking until volume gets doubled. 8. Go back to your container and put the 1st half of cream mixture. 9. Then put the 2nd portion of cupcake crumbs. 10. Next is the 2nd half of cream mixture. 11. Lastly is the reserved cupcake crumbs for toppings and grated cheese. 12. Freeze overnight.
